# Step 1 : Check  Eligibility

You may either by sending email to  aerskillschennai@gmail.com or alternately you may call at our helpline number 0-98657-11133 (Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM) to check your eligibility in order to be a part of  AER SKILLS.
If your profile found eligible for the initial criteria of qualification & experience you will be informed from our HR-TEAM by SMS OR Telephonicaly OR by E-mail. 


    

# Step 2 : Check the Nature of Job / Job Profile 

If you found your self eligible from #STEP 1 and comfortable / adjustable to accept the challenge to be a part of for the upcoming industry working on the ground level for National Development in the Skill Development Projects.    

# Step 3 : Apply Online & post Application Forms along with all supporting documents at our Head Office Address 

  • If you are eligible (#Step 1)  
  • Found yourself interested and comfortable to be a part of National Development with the AER SKILLS Team (#Step 2)
  • Apply Online by uploading your certificates & other documents to reserve your candidature for the final step; in order to avoid waiting for the final step (#Step 4) as the approved centres across India for "Competency Evaluation" are limited and the number of applicants is increasing day by day! 
  • AER SKILLS will nominate your name along with your profile to the designated Departmental / Government authorities requesting a date for your Competency Evaluation along with your original certificate & documents at the approved locations.
Also send the following by Post / Speed Post / Courier  at the Head Office Address of AER SKILLS
  • Application form to undergo “Assessor competency Evaluation” with passport size photograph.
  • Sponsorship form filled & duly signed with passport size photograph.
  • Resume format (both soft copy in M.S. Word & hard copy are required)
  • Agreement to be a part of AER SKILLS.   
  • Attested / Self attested copies of Qualification Certificates, Experience Certificates.
  • Any 1 Govt. photo ID (Driving license / Adhaar card / Pan card etc.)

# Step 4 : Get the final approval from D.G.E.&T. Govt. of India

AER SKILLS will not only Nominate your name to the concerned Government Authorities but also sponsor the expenses like:
  • ACE Fee for each module opted to undergo.
  • Travelling expenses (Sleeper class / Bus fare) from your location to the centre location
